Some Things Will Never Change

I have always been a girl/lady/woman with more ambition than I could ever handle.  I generally have so many irons in the fire that one would not even see the fire for the amount of irons.  If I had a nickel for every instance that I've heard the expression, "Girl, you're burning the candle at both ends", I could have been considered "Old Money" a decade ago. 

What's Going On?

• August 19th starts my Fall semester as a Sophomore at Connors State College where I'll be taking Microbiology, Chemistry II, and U.S. History.
• Starting the Connors State College Running Club.
• Stepping up as president for the Math & Science Club.
• Dedicating more time and fundraising ideas to Phi Theta Kappa.
• Training for my first 10k.
• Organizing the First Annual Green Meadows Community Yard Sale. (Aug. 16 & 17)
• Dreaming of the day that I can start getting things posted to my Etsy store: Haute Folk.
• Oh yeah, still a mommy to a 16 year old, 11 year old, and a toddler....and a law enforcement wife.

I am also hoping in the near sometime future to start posting short video tutorials on the crafts that I make and quick things that this student mama whips up for her little family and still gets cheers!  We'll see if I get around to that.

I am the queen of overdo but my loyal subjects never seem to run out of love or patience for me.  Will this indelible ambition ever decelerate?  I wouldn't count on it.
